Did the NHS GMTS a few years ago and found that peoples placements varied a lot so it can depend on which organisation you get placed with, and what experience they and your manager have with hosting a graduate Obviously I did the NHS GMTS and not the fast stream, but I would imagine that the FS is more standardised and the opportunities more consistent
