NDC was born out of a concept imagined by Jimmy Bone, the Atlanta Chapter 13 Trustee and Rick Yarnall, the Chapter 13 Trustee from Las Vegas The National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (“NACTT”) took the concept to task and began to consolidate Chapter 13 case information into a national database
