Showering with a Zio patch is definitely a pain! What I did was shower with my back to the water and turn my left shoulder a bit to make sure water wasn’t running down it Washing my hair was a pain and so I tried to do that as less often as I could while wearing the Zio When I did have to wash my hair I would lean back as far as I could to prevent water getting onto my front side lol 😂
