The MyRogers app was working great on my Note 8 when it was running Android 7 0 however as I updated to latest Android 8 0 today whenever I open the app it only loads a blank screen on the start up and automatically crashes after few seconds Any idea how do I fix it??

So the MyRogers App and Home Ingnite App - both using Android not only crash after username login screen - but locked me out of my account I have to call 3 times to Rogers, and finally ended up in the validation department to re-open my account Their advice don't use the apps Good one Rogers in valueing customers time by releasing faulty

When I try accessing it thru the iOS myRogers app, I always get a popup stating "No Linked accounts" after logging in However, when I login to MyRogers through rogers com , it finds my account without any issues I tried unlinking and relinking my account, and also uninstalling and re-installing the app Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this so I can use the myRogers app to access my

If you do go into the Play Store and search for the MyRogers app, you should see the option to uninstall it there You did mention that it works on the tablet Have you tried another mobile device as well? If it is working on all other devices, then there may be a possible issue with your mobile dev

2) Are you able to access MyRogers via the browser? 3) I realize some of you have already tried this, but please clear the app cache and data and let us know if the issue persist 4) For users that are able to sign into MyRogers, please sign in to the MyRogers app first, then launch the HomeConnect app and sign in Let us know if that works
