Today while I was paying at the self service checkout the screen posted something about MyLowes being discontinued I don’t know if I miss read or what I like the history and my military discount on my account Is MyLowes going away?

Hi, I was told by a Lowes employee that if I add my non-Lowes credit card to my mylowes wallet I'd be able to see purchase history for in-store purchases made with that card However, that's not currently the case My in-store purchase history is empty Was this false information or am I doing something wrong? I know for a fact that this works with your orange competitor

If you put it on a MyLowes card you can either look it up on your account online or the store can look it up in our system I have an old MyLowes account that I found the card for and was able to see records back to 2012 and 2013 when it was last used If you didn't use MyLowes, though, I'm not sure that the store will be able to help you If I'm not mistaken, our invoice retrieval screen can
