I’ve been using Norton 360 with Lifelock for some time now and have never been able to get any customer support I’ve tried to chat, phone calls, and even sent a letter in the mail Nothing! My biggest issues now are passwords I completely understand that it is my fault for having forgotten passwords, but not having a way to retrieve and move on is especially frustrating I can’t tell
