Aside from a smaller diameter muffler silencer chrome tip on the TRD exhaust, they look identical Both have mandrel bends and follow the same routing The stock has good back pressure and sounds fine so I am just going to leave as is and install the black tip to match the black accents on my TRD Sport
- Bosal exhaust replacement - Tacoma World
I replaced my rusty exhaust from the Y pipe back, using a Bosal system which is actually 2 pieces: a muffler and tail pipe unit which was $120 (part number is good for all 05-15 Tacoma units I believe), and a mid pipe which is unique to the wheel base depending on DCSB, regular or access cab (about another $40)
