These local warehouses don't have direct lines and you have to walk into an office and use a closed circuit phone to reach anyone That's the only way I know of to contact a local FedEx facility directly

After that, you need to stay on the line and the automated phone system will connect you to a live customer service agent from FedEx Hopefully Fedex will not read this post and change this way to reach an agent

I have been receiving spam phone calls from 888 772 7620 since yesterday claiming to be the fedex trade or ground network saying my package is stuck at Canadian customs and I require a customs broker to provide information on whats in the package or it will be sent back to the US They knew the tracking number, the name of the sender, my name, and where it was coming from But I also recieved

I told them I wasn't comfortable giving out my address over the phone They gave me the 1800 number for Fedex (which I looked up and was the right number) and told me to confirm my address there and gave me a 10 digit tracking number which came up with nothing when I entered it on the FedEx website I'm not expecting any packages
