actually the email address can be changed by logging on to account msi com login page, then scroll down to the Account section and click on the Login Management link I had to make a quick email address change to my MSI profile from the MSI account site since one of the email providers I use will be shutting down for good by the end of August 2021 and I will no longer receive any more emails

I finally fixed this problem by reinstalling the AMD integrated GPU, which I downloaded from the official AMD website instead of the driver provided on MSI's official driver list
