What’s up with these guys? I’ve used them in the past with success but my latest order has been “processing” for over a week After sending a CS email and never hearing back, I waited on hold for an hour today and their CS folks told me that due to a high number of Oregon (?) orders they couldn’t give me a ship date or an ETA but are hoping to ship my order sometime LATER NEXT WEEK
