自從我把moviemaker升級為windows essential的moviemaker, 就有問題了 所有的檔案加入之後, 在左邊的預覽都只有聲音沒有畫面 存檔之後也是一樣 不管是MOV WMV MP4都是一樣的情形, 甚至是相片(JPG)也是一樣的問題 所有的檔案都試過了,可以用WMP正常播放 謝謝

如題，由於我的Media Player開啟影片或音訊檔時無法正常開啟，在網路上爬過文找到解除安裝的辦法 但在：控制台→程式和功能→開啟或關閉windows功能→展開[媒體功能]，將windows media player的勾去掉，這個步驟出現問題 問題如下，之後這個選項就一直無法取消勾選，請問還有沒有其他方式能解除安裝？
