Another reason I chose Mcintosh was because the amps were better looking to my eyes, and appear to retain their value far longer 10 year old Classe stuff really takes a beating Mcintosh seems to fair much much better in that regard Also at the time, Mcintosh beat every published spec from Classe vs the MC501s by quite a margin
