I managed (I think) to get every Excel type to open with Excel 2016, but doc programs (and the like) list "Microsoft Word" with the old logo as the default, and I am unable to choose Word 2016 When I try opening a document, I end up having Word 2010 start up, and have to close it down, open Word 2016, and browse to the document to open it

I have the account in my family group and can see the new email address so I've done an account recovery (accepted) I think I've managed to change the password for the account and have requested to change the email (security changes take 30 days to do why?) I've also removed consent from the account using the family safety feature

In some attempts I managed to see my games on the left bar of xbox, but I was still unable to download any of the games When I try to see the status of gaming services from the services tab, it says that the gaming services is still in the process of stopping
