If you look at the Dodge Corridor from 84th Street out to 120th Street including Westroads, Regency, Old Mill and Miracle Hills there is a Business Core on par or larger than downtown, a lot of high density residential, and huge retail establishment It seems like a long term plan and a common identity for this area would be a great idea
