Here are some loadings that work well in Our M1 or 03 Springfield rifles, now that the CMP is nolonger issuing ammo at the line, enjoy I use Lake City or Greek brass all case prep is the same, I have not seen any real differance between Commercial or Military brass in 30 06 for loading capacity but Military brass (LC) is harder and feels

Palmetto State Armory thru its Nodak division announced at SHOT Show it will be making a H R semi auto M16A1 They had a sample at SHOT They are also intending to make H R M1 Garands with forged receivers When they purchased H R, they received H R's Technical Package for M1 Garand production

During the Plainfield riots in 1967 the Plainfield Machine factory was broken into Forty Six M1 Carbines were stolen and only about a half dozen were recovered Plainfield Machine donated another fifty M1 Carbines to local PDs for riot duty When NJ banned the M1 Carbine by name as an Assault Weapon Plainfield Machine was out of business

hi everyone, I finally got my M1 and I have some regular 30-06 ammo I got for now that Id like to use I read about getting a gas plug with adjustable gas ports, then I've also seem some that aren't adjustable but they say they still make it safe to shoot commercial 30-06 ammo in the M1
