The "WebRTC line is not registered" error has been ongoing for a number of months on different 3CX PBX and Web App versions I've ended up creating a forum account to specifically highlight this error affecting our client

wenn der 3CX MacOS-Client offen bleibt, kommt (nach z B einem Ruhezustand) beim Versuch einen Anruft abzusetzen folgende Fehlermeldung: "WebRTC line is not registered"

When we try to make a call we get the error message: There is no way to get the WebRTC client working again - changing, the availability status, not even logging out and in again in the webclient Only closing the Chrome browser and starting it again fixes it

I tried to make a phone call this morning and got "webrtc line is not registered" as an error Quitting and restarting the client allowed me to make calls, but if this gets deployed to users, it will result in trouble tickets etc

I wanted to test out my desktop mic and speaker but the WebRTC error prevented testing I decided try downloading the Windows Client app and it works
