Lumosity was the main thing I did between these two assessments I used only the free version, however Maybe the paid version would have shown more improvement in more areas Dunno Basically, I went from horrible in nearly all visual-spatial areas to good excellent in a few, average in a few more, and still horrible on the majority

I used to play Devilish Concentration Training on my 3DS which consists basically of games that i should play 5 mins session per day and have this same purpose of increasing memory cognitive skills Each game had it's own difficult system that advanced as i was getting better at them I played it everyday for months (7~8 months) and was really good at it, but i haven't noticed any difference
