A UPS Store provides AT T U-verse returns A UPS Office does not It's very similar to the relationship between a FedEx Store (nee Kinko's) and a FedEx office, but neither of those will accept your AT T U-verse Return It has come up before that, for reasons unknown to me, the UPS Store chain does not have offices near Springfield, IL

If you upgrade in a physical store, AT T prints out that CVS long paper receipt which they want you to sign the bottom of, or they do everything on a tablet and they only print the receipt at the very end, hand it to you, or stuff in the bag on your way out the door with your brand new phone

Just thinking about having to go into the At t store to plead my case for 2 hours every month makes my stomach turn I highly suggest NEVER going with At t!! I have been scammed and wasted so much

Went to AT T store (spent 3 hours) and contacted customer service (4+ hours) and still nothing No voice, no text, no data They changed sim card 4 times, nothing To add insult to injury, they added $8 a month to my bill for a new mobility charge for the line that is not working I just filled out forms for FCC and PA Attorney General

He advised us to take into the nearest store simply change it out for a new card or new phone Luckily, I happened to be making the 100mile trip to one of the 3 stores in our entire state I made an appointment, but a nasty hailstorm held us up and the AT T app would not let me reschedule or do anything, I couldn't make a call out

Local AT T stores were out of stock, so with next day delivery promised, I thought this would be easy I could have picked one up at Best Buy and stopped at the AT T store for activation I tried calling Enjoy Their automated response stated a 7 minute wait I held for an hour with no response I left a voice mail with no response

Over the next week, I called the Fraud Hotline 877-844-5584 more than 10 times for a total hold time of over 6 hours! NO REAL PERSON EVER ANSWERS I went to the AT T Store in Bryn Mawr, PA and was politely told my management that they couldn't do anything I HAD to go through the Fraud Hotline
