Once you’ve selected all of your Liked Songs by pressing Ctrl + A, as you’ve mentioned trying (all of the songs should appear highlighted when selected), you can then press Ctrl + C on your Windows computer to copy the selected tracks Then you can create a new playlist, open it, and press Ctrl + V to paste the copied songs there

Hey, @haydenb132! You can move your liked songs into a playlist with the desktop app! If you would like to move all of your liked songs to a playlist, you can do so by opening your liked songs, then using Control + A (Command + A if on an Apple keyboard), then right click a song and click create playlist
