Dealership was extremely shady, tried to upcharge me about $10k on a $33k used 2020 IS300 which was such bullshit (scam fees like etching on a used car, cash upcharge, etc ) But the dealerships in Pleasanton, CA and Stoler Lexus in NY were amazing and had great, courteous, professional service I think they can j be super hit or miss

I would argue that Lexus, given their early involvement in self-driving efforts, and their continued research, is probably well aware (as are companies like Ford) that in the future, "car companies" will have to become "personal transportation companies" (especially with the possible idea of on-demand car "ownership")
