Thanks to the program called LatencyMon I managed to log what exactly causes the high DPC The culprits are HDAudBus sys, ndis sys, and USBPORT SYS I read almost everywhere that had a DPC thread, that the network driver (ndis sys) would cause trouble when using a torrent program
