Posted April 26, 2013 What is the LFS claiming it is? RO DI? I suggest getting the gallon jugs of distilled water from walmart; they're less than a dollar a gallon and are 0 TDS IME
- This is why you dont add LFS water to your tank
High nitrate readings from my LFS Especially bad the smaller tank you go Make sure you use your own super fresh saltwater!

Just received my TDS meter today, so im in MEASURE ALL THE THINGS! mode RO that i get from my LFS is 80 ppm Should I be looking for another source of RO? Tap water at my place is 320 ppm And then this apartment has RO-like 2 stage filter for the 2nd tiny faucet on the side of the sink That on

However, the water quality suddenly changed for the worse, and before long their tanks started filling up with algae and diatom blooms- along with the poor reefers who were getting water from there Some LFS intentions are good, and some are negligient, but you at least need to mix your own salt water and get RO from a good source

Re: Which lfs can I grab cheap shrimps? Seaview did not display some types of shrimps fish However there is a signage with price and quantity for you to refer at the vivarium display tank beside plants section I saw cherry shrimps on display on the floor during my last visit during weekend
