The Energy Saving on KDE is missing(in my opinion) the feature to just blank the screen (like dark black 100%) You can dim the screen after X minutes, you can power off after X minutes, but you just cand blank the screen, like you can in Windows or LM Cinnamon(shows the clock)

I am trying to compile kexi on KDE Neon I've installed some missing packages but don't know how to proceed now I've installed KDE Frameworks 5 (and core 18 and core 18-sdk) but still get the output below from the terminal
