Q: I saw this project advertised this morning and was wondering if it is just at the GC pre-qualification stage, or if it is actually out to bid I noticed the mandatory job-walk tomorrow at 10:30am, but if this is just for the potential GC’s there would be no need for us to go if we were just going to be bidding as a sub for the earthwork
