Good Evening Everyone I’ve recently installed a Sniper 2 on my Ford 427 and seem to be having an issue with idle control and the IAC I've attempted to follow steps read in the manual and from users threads on this forum I can get the car to idle at my target 850 RPM, smooth and without hanging after a rev My problem is

Sniper EFI Tuning TechMy Plymouth was idling high and would not come down until I hit the throttle The secondary spring was not strong enough and secondaries were sticking Tried to add another coil on the spring with great difficulty Ended up pulling on the end of spring and bending it on the support bracket enough to solve the problem I'm not sure if the spring gets weak after extended

I wasn't sure what to try, so with it idling rough in my driveway, I decided to turn off Closed Loop Compensation It cleared up instantly I thought I had it fixed Then after driving a few miles, it went erratic again I was able to capture a datalog of it idling in my driveway with this condition, prior to shutting off Closed Loop Compensation

So I've had a couple threads regarding my IAC, which I've replaced already, and I'm still having some problems with idling I've done the IAC tune as directed on here and Holley videos and IAC still seems erratic I'm still troubleshooting that Will start off idling fine, drive nice, then all of a sudden won't want to come

Attached is a datalog file showing when the IAC Position is kicked to wide open This is directly after the vehicle being shutoff and was idling fine with the IAC Position at approximately 20% (A C was on) Any help would be appreciated Don't know what I'm missing here
