Before, I'd switch to a very low resolution just to mess around and I'll have to rearrange my desktop icons That'd happen once in over 5-6 months Now (after the recent windows update) I'm finding myself rearranging the icons over 2 times a day That's not good for productivity, or just 1 looks in general This isn't the only issue

Are the Icons that are missing being hidden because of settings you have set for the Notification Area? Right-click on the Taskbar or Start Button and select Properties Notification Area
