The main difference between IAP (Instant AP) and CAP (Campus AP) is, that the IAP is used with controllerless setups There is no need to convert the IAP to something different when using the IAP in such a scenario You only need to convert the IAP to CAP if you would like to use the IAP with a Controller

Where can i find information on what the latest software version is that supports the IAP-205? Will all versions of Aruba Instant support the IAP-205 or only specific versions? Thanks for the configuration question About the issue, this IAP has no Ethernet LED, but in any casethe IAP has the uplink disconnected on purpose I wanted to test if the WebUI can be accessed when the uplink is disconnnected, and I have confirmed it can't be, at least with this model and firmware
