Well Vibe lovers, this story has come to a conclusion It took a lot of work on the car to figure out what it was but it was a bad front oxygen sensor I have no idea why because the code was P0138 which is the code for the rear sensor but after much gnashing of teeth it has been solved and I hope this helps other people with this issue out there

Ok, now That I have your attention As the topic states, 208K Vibe cranks but doesnt start I did some basic troubleshooting and found the fuel pump is NOT priming I turned the key on and listened towards the back of the car and could not hear a whine or hum I understand you SHOULD hear something for about a second or two and that is the fuel pump priming I even removed the two bolts and
