I'm curious which you prefer if you run a Holosun optic? I've been using the dot, but I've been dry firing the circle dot a little bit and like the speed of it My actual preference has been larger 5-7 MOA dot on other brands, but I ended up with a couple Holosuns on pistol deals I couldn't refuse

The Holosun ones have a solar panel that charges the battery, or if the battery is dead, will run the dot They also have shake awake, so if you forget to turn the dot on, the second the gun moves, the dot is on before you can get it up to your eyes

I am running a Holosun HE509T mounted to a Botach Rail (BS-BM4H509T) on my Benelli M4 clone (Toros T4) The HE509T currently co-witnesses with the OEM sights Note the HE509T has distortion at ~1 05 -1 1 magnification It's not a deal breaker for me since I don't plan on using it past hallway house distances I still need to put more rounds (Slugs Buckshot) through the whole setup to confirm
