BEEF- Bone-In Cuts $145 00 Harvest Fee $1 25 per lb cut, wrapped, and boxed($325 00 Minimum)* BEEF- Boneless Cuts $145 00 Harvest Fee $1 35 per lb cut, wrapped, and boxed ($325 00 Minimum)* SWINE $350 00 Harvest, cut, wrapped and boxed for market carcass weight Includes 1 ham, bacon and 2 types of bulk sausage up to 20 lbs (links additional cost) (200 lb maximum - $ 80 per lb overage fee

Be sure to allow for a 3-4 month timeframe prior to date of processing for Beef, as those dates do fill up fast Swine, Lamb and Goat, please allow for a 1 month timeframe prior to date of processing

Holliday Processing was established in 1990 when Jason Holliday set up a small slaughter house in one of his dad’s old barns on his family’s farm in Gilbert, Arizona Jason started butchering livestock for his family and local farmer's in the area
