Since HSA Bank has no brokerage arm they are using Devenir and Schwab So although HSA Bank promises "a seamless experience to manage your saving, spending and investing on one website and one app", I"d say it's not up and running yet My investment account is with Schwab (used to be Etrade) and I can download directly from Schwab

First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the HSA Bank account(s) to see if it produces the same issue occurs with transactions not downloading It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position

Thanks, read the article and opened up a brand new account with Fidelity in about 10 minutes It looks like the transfer of my HSA bank cash balance will take about 10-14 days and my TD ameritrade balance should be moved within about 7 days It always irked me to pay the $5 50 per month to HSA bank so thank you for finding a lower fee HSA

With HSA Bank, you basically split your money between two accounts- the savings account at HSA Bank (pays 0 05%-0 45% depending on balance) and a linked investing account at TD Ameritrade You have two options with fees

I don't know of a way to download from Devenir, but HSA Bank also offers investments via TD Ameritrade, soon to switch to Schwab The Quicken connection to TDA works well, Schwab transition is an unknown My plan is to move the HSA from HSA Bank to Fidelity, which has everything in one account and no fees
