I took the old gunsmithing courses offered by ICS (International Correspondence Schools) back in the early 1990's, but it was mainly as a hobby, and not a career path I think nowadays, the courses are offered online by Penn Foster Gunsmith Program | Penn Foster Career School Of course, the best option, IMO would be to apprentice under a reputable smith
