After looking through more than a few posts here, talking with quite a few makers, I've narrowed the list down to KMG-TX, TW-90, Wilmont, Reeder or Northridge The TW-90 only has one tool arm slot, 1 25" arms and tracking adjustmentat the motor, which seems to make it an outlier in the market

Flipping the grinder onto it's side is the easy button for 90 degree angles, and particularly on an inside radius Being able to lay your blade flat on a work rest and bump it up against a contact wheel running left right makes it much easier to grind an inside radius and keep the grinds square to the blade Example

I pulled ALL the dust collector hardware, and go with the buckets when grinding steel ti, or anything that sparks, and have a single shop vac with the 5 gal bucket filter between the grinder and the shop vac for non sparking materials

Gosh I hate that static shock thing at the grinder!! I didn't read through all responses, but can tell you that it has a lot to do with humidity At anything less then 45% static becomes huge issue in my shop, with any machine Either grounding as has been mentioned, or what I do is a humidifier in the shop

For grinder use, put VFD in box or good filters over the air inlet and they work just fine for a fraction of the cost Can't imagine one being easier to setup then the last Chinese VFD I got It has a very good English manual with only a few pages and only 33 (??) parameters that can be changed, and only 2 or 3 of those actually need changing
