You have to make the appointment in the app I really only had success finding available times while searching at night Expect your appointment to be scheduled a week out When you arrive to the appointment YOU MUST CHECK-IN IN THE APP in order to let them know that you have arrived They do not make that obvious Also, I drove all the way to the the green home for my appointment and we ended
