Ok so I found what's causing this issue : it's the anti-alisaing I had it on SMAA (which is the best looking one) Had to switch the AA to DLAA The grainy effects were a lot less present (while not being 100% gone) with DLAA on SMAA looks a little bit better tho Also, enabling DLSS Quality while disabling AA completely also solves this issue

Well that is a 27 inch monitor right? So a 1080p 27" screen is going to have a low pixel density, which is why it looks grainy For comparison, my laptop is 15" and is 1080p, so your pixels are nowhere near as dense
