Installation failing - Cant create working folder Xander1 experienced this with GTARS as well and noticed the Service was not being stopped correctly If you open Services on the target PC and manually stop "GoToAssist Remote Support Customer" you should be able to delete the folder and then reinstall

Cant Uninstall Unattended program from laptop - GoTo Community With GoToAssist RS v5 Unattended computers you right-click the toolbar system tray icon and select Uninstall from the menu After reinstalling Unattended support the icon on a Mac should be in the toolbal and on a Windows PC it should be in the system tray
