As a student, I had it drilled into my head (by professors) not to use GlobalRPh They always mentioned it with a sneer What are your thoughts on using the site? I feel like it has decent information, but I still just use my first resources (Micromedex, Lexi, etc)

Lots of opioid conversion tables and calculators out there, but all that I have found have limited selections and most are very clumsy Is there a better one out there with a decent selection of opiates and delivery methods? The problem I have with globalrph is it requires you to fill in a goal peak, which really isn't any sort of realistic goal The goal is to obtain therapeutic AUC, so I'd prefer the program to optimize the peak required for goal AUC
