Home-to-School Transportation Program In partnership with Cab For Kids, Forest Ranch Charter School offers home-to-school transportation between our campus, the Chico Park and Ride, and the Boys and Girls Club

In 1964 Chico Unified School District (CUSD) took over the running of Forest Ranch Elementary School (FRES) Because of the town’s growing population and school census, a new school was built in 1991-92 to replace the historic one-room schoolhouse

Forest Ranch Charter School is a free, publicly-funded, K-8 elementary school As a charter school we are dedicated to maintaining a small school with small class-sizes In order to maintain our intimate setting, classes frequently fill and we maintain a waiting list for students not able to enroll right away

She is currently the Middle School Coordinator for Forest Ranch Charter School, which includes teaching all subjects, organizing and attending overnight field trips, and supporting extracurricular activities of her students, as well as social activities for the middle school here at FRCS
