Every Sunday we meet in person at the sanctuary at 10:30 AM Worship with us online on Sundays by joining us using our livestream link on our homepage Live at 10:30 AM Sundays have been a special gathering day for Christians for over 2,000 years We gather on Sunday to celebrate the life, ministry, and teachings of Jesus Christ

The United Church of Christ (UCC) was formed by a merger of the Congregational Christian Churches and the Evangelical and Reformed Church Although formation of the UCC became official in 1957, our denominational roots and milestones predate the United States itself Consider these UCC firsts:

Today, there are about a dozen UCC congregations in the CPC who have formally declared themselves Immigrant Welcoming or Sanctuary churches On January 2019, First Congregational United Church of Christ - Portland members unanimously approved to adopt an Immigrant Welcoming Congregation declaration
