Firefox had Yahoo as the default search engine for a while - and that worked out well financially Bad luck as in new users not knowing about search engine settings wont know how to change it and might leave Firefox for Chrome or whatever

I like Librewolf a lot, it's basically hardened Firefox Only thing you need to lookout for is that it doesn't have an auto-updater like Firefox, you need to manually download the new version every time it's available They are considerably fast to update to a new version after FF did Waterfox is also a neat browser imo that is compatible with Chrome Extensions, it was though bought by an ad

Hi all, I recently got Firefox on my iPhone, and noticed that you can't even use extensions on Firefox iOS, which is a huge bummer, considering I use extensions to block ads and turn all my websites into dark mode I am more concerned about the adblocker (which is uBlock Origin), so is there a way to use an adblocker on Firefox iOS? I have experienced crashes with 30+ tabs open in Chrome, and not in Firefox I also appreciate that Firefox allows manual override for fonts, whereas Chrome requires an extension to do this Also Firefox has borderless chameleon theme (making the taskbar color match the open page) for a Vivaldi-esque effect
