Hi try opening the task manager and force close Origin that way Then restart and try if it works nevertheless If not, hit the repair game option which you get by right-clicking on the game in Origin

Hey guys, I've noticed recently that Origin seems to be stuck at finalizing when downloading games like KoTOR and KoTOR II So the "fix" I found was to force close Origin with task manager and then run the program as administrator For me, this glitch seems to happen whenever Origin doesn't fully do

Hey this issue is caused by running an out of date VC++ installation It can be resolved by manually running the installer from the Origin installation folder - the default location for this folder is: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Origin From this folder, run one of both files: vcredist_x86_vs2015

Killed Origin, killed Touchup, made the folder, moved all files except those three to the new folder, restarted PC, launched Origin, game in queue (Battlefield 3) started verifying game files, took about a minute, but after several attempts, it finally unstuck itself from finalizing and I got a notification on the bottom right of my screen

Hi I have just tried to update the game with the new patch and it is stuck on finalizing I have restarted my pc, origin and ran as admin I have no option to repair the game, only to rety the update which constantly fails on finalizing the game obviously won't load due to this Nothing else is running on my pc, just origin Screenshots atttached

It verifies then appears to be stuck on the Finalizing stage I tried clicking off onto the store and back then then it just resets to the default "download" option without allowing me to verify again If I log him out and back in again, it starts the process from scratch
