You are off to an impressive start with your "currently have" list IMHO fig varieties are somewhat like wines If the name and reputation are highly regarded we are likely to rate the fig higher But do a blind taste test and results are very different With that perspective some of the ubiquitous "gateway" figs or good old workhorse Celeste might be something to consider
