Why is FedEx's tracking so horrible, and why doesn't it update properly about delays? Ninja editing the time to show nothing on Priority Overnight deliveries once they miss their scheduled delivery date is not acceptable I also find it infuriating that delays are not mentioned when it gets past the scheduled time

At fedex express, The Leo (tablet) has gps Dispatch can see in real time where drivers are, managers can call dispatch whenever they wish to get updates—locations, how many stops a driver has left, etc if your package has a senseaware then it tracks the package in real time also

Today, I spoke to 3-5 Fedex customer service representatives while trying to track a package without a tracking number (I lost my receipt with the tracking number on it) Apparently, Fedex cannot track your package without your tracking number; so if you lose the single piece of paper with the tracking number on it, you have no options —they cannot track the package with the recipient
