OBS streaming in HDR (HLG 2020, HEVC main-10) is working well for me except for one video source which is an SDR (8-bit, 709) source that simply refuses to be brightened into the HDR range I know that eg in Resolve, I can “stretch” SDR to HDR by adding gain or a curve (taking 0-255 to 0-1023)

In your editor either invert the colors of the image, or rotate it 180 degrees, both will do the same thing Save the new image as something like "negative png" in the original folder Apply the new LUT and you'll have negative screen I use this for my sheet music to make it easier on the eyes, works great
