Download, install, and activate FNIS via MO2 This will put the FNIS esp in your load order On the right-panel of MO2, click the "data" tab and go to the following folder: Data > Tools > GenerateFNIS_for_Users In that folder find GenerateFNISforUsers exe, right-click on it and select "add as executable" and click OK on the new window
