Welcome to the Microsoft Community Are you referring to the fact that you are logged into OneDrive web using your personal account, but you can't find the Favorites folder in the left navigation bar, and you can't add files to Favorites? If so, it's worth noting that the Favorites feature is currently only available for work or school accounts

The old favorites bar was much more intuitive and made navigating and organizing bookmarks for specific Workspaces so much easier With the new setup, it feels clunky and less efficient, which has made Workspaces less appealing to use I would really like to see the bookmarks I curated for each Workspace specifically, at my finger tips!

Thanks a lot Libeamlak! This has helped on the desktop version but I somehow don't see these search folders on my mobile outlook How do I find and add the same search folders based on categories to favorites on the outlook mobile app? Cheers!
