Now if you want more HP the Fass Standalone or another Standalone pump that meets the HP volume needs to make the HP and then add you own filter (s) TC recommends Cim-tek CIM70232

A few things to note about the components… 1 – The FASS comes with 3 8” fuel line and the AirDog comes with 1 2" Both had enough to leave approx 1 – 2’ of fuel line remaining after the install I like the AirDog’s fuel lines better 2 – The AirDog comes with much nicer fittings for the fuel lines and the connectors lend themselves well if you decide to use steel braided lines

Long time viewer first time poster, and want to thank everybody for their amazing help, I have gotten so much information and learned so much from everybody's posts on problems and solutions!! I bought my truck a few months ago and it had a FASS pump on it The more I've been looking at FASS

The FASS pump provides fuel to the VP44 in place of the stock lift pump You can plumb the FASS pump to either go through the stock fuel filter, or you can essentially delete the stock filter and bypass it altogether by going directly to the VP44 (which is how I have mine plumbed)

Fass and Airdog both have lifetime warranty, they should for price they charge Millions of HPCR engines running without air removal gimmick Most important is having 3 micron filtering, high capacity water seperation AFAIK, still need to put aftermarket filters on both Fass and Airdog to achieve this

FASS even gave me a discount on the new motor since I was still under warranty I know I've seen quite a few folks complain about poor customer service from FASS, However I have had the complete opposite experience The FASS representative was VERY helpful and resolved all issues very quickly

Fass HD150 system I installed my FP gauge yesterday, and when I bump the key to get the fass to run to bleed the gauge hose, no fuel would come out So after some investigation, I have found that the fass is not pumping fuel whats weird is the truck runs fine, and doesn't have any

I have had a fass system on my 97 for several years with zero issues for reliability As far as fuel delivery the stock system pump can handle lots more than what the truck requires The ad on filter kits what the other poster showed are a great addition on a 2012 and older
