Has anyone here switched from flat-rate to peak-hour rates (or vice versa) with Duke? What has your experience been? A while ago I got an email from Duke saying that keeping my consumption constant, if I were charged based on peak-hour rating I would save somewhere between 20-25% on my power bill Not trivial!
