I have read about this area before as a refuge that a family owns and hunts like twice a week Does it still hold the ducks it used to in the past? I have heard it used to hold hundreds of thousands of ducks each fall and was amazing to see

i have noticed several different nicknames people use for waterfowl when discussing different birds you'll hear people mention bull sprigs or greenheads or cans in any given conversation a lot of them are obvious, however, we just assume everyone knows what particular bird we are referring

But the ducks do like it a lot If you're planting these plots in grains, then your milo and corn crops are hard to beat Yes, corn is the "hot" food for ducks and will pull birds most anytime in the year (acts as shelter too), but having a couple of different types of other choices mixed in the plot makes them even better
