- Anyone have bad experiences with Cameron Brooks? : r army
General cons across the board for JMO recruiters: The jobs firms need to fill are not necessarily what you want (70k pay range, plant operations in undesired areas) No cons directly related to CB, mostly generalizations from all recruiters Solutions: Individual applications and research Tactfully declining jobs and independent applications
- Military recruiting firms. : r army
Former JMO and former Cameron Brooks candidate here: I would HIGHLY discourage using a recruiter They use phenomenal sales tactics, marketing tools, and client networks to attract and, ultimately, fool JMOs into attending their career conference and taking what they consider a "developmental role "
